Hi, I'm Cheryl..

I have been teaching various forms of exercise and relaxation techniques for 30 years and I love it.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, whether you are overweight or recovering from injuries or illness, my classes are for you.

I am a professional but keep things light hearted and fun.

All abilities, ages and fitness levels welcome. I give adaptions to everything so that we can all work out together and at our own level. The atmosphere in my classes are always friendly and welcoming. People always say that they don't feel like they have to rely on freinds to attend with them that they can attend alone and feel fine and comfortable. This has always been my goal.

About Cheryl

  • Fully qualified & insured fitness instructor and member of the fitness professionals for 30 years.
  • Provide full fitness classes to help anyone wanting to lose weight tone up and get fit.
  • My classes are also very social. Everyone is friendly and open for a chat.
  • I pride myself in making everyone feel welcome and that the emphasis is on fun.

  • You just pay as you attend my classes. You book the first time then You don't have to book, if you find a class you enjoy and you wish to come regularly then I book you down each time. I just ask you to text me when you can't attend.

Bodysculpt Blast

Yoga & Pilates

Come try it, in a relaxed, non judgemental, fun atmosphere.

  • A class that improves posture, strength,flexibility.
  • I give adaptions through out.
  • Yoga postures, sequences, and also integrating essential Pilates exercise that help strengthen the core ( abdominals, waist and back).
  • The benefits physically and mentally of yoga and Pilates are endless and I've witnessed this over the last 25 years of me teaching it.
  • Helps bad backs, knees, shoulders etc.. Strengthens bones, joints and muscles.
  • Improves flexibility and muscle tone.
  • Increases circulation and helps blood pressure and breathing problems.
  • Can help improve arthritic conditions ( I'm proof of this).
  • Aids recovery from childbirth, operations and illness.
  • It can help with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia ... The list goes on..so whether you are a very busy, active person or you lack energy and motivation this class is for you.
  • The aim of this class is to give you an overall spence of well being, peace and balance, physically and mentally.

A toning and fat burning class for all abilities:-

  • Simple exercise, like the gym but fun.
  • No dancing or routines.
  • Toning and fatburning using light weight, bands, balls, hoops ( optional).. To fun music.
  • Followed by stretching and relaxation.

Personal Training

if you prefer personal training:-

  • Personal - I offer a personal training service for all needs and abilities at my studio room in High Melton Doncaster.
  • Consultation - I do an initial consultation and fitness assessment.
  • Plan - So whether you need to lose weight, tone up, get fit, get flexible, de-stress relax and meditate I can design you a plan.
  • Sessions - You can come for a session on a regular basis, occasionally or just one session.
  • Motivation - Will help you get motivated and see the benefits.
  • Prices start from £30 a session.

One To One or Small Group Workshops

  • Mindfulness, Relaxation or Meditation available.
  • Available as a One to One or Small Groups
  • Helps with Stress & Anxiety.
