I have been teaching various forms of exercise and relaxation techniques for 30 years and I love it.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, whether you are overweight or recovering from injuries or illness, my classes are for you.
I am a professional but keep things light hearted and fun.
All abilities, ages and fitness levels welcome. I give adaptions to everything so that we can all work out together and at our own level. The atmosphere in my classes are always friendly and welcoming. People always say that they don't feel like they have to rely on freinds to attend with them that they can attend alone and feel fine and comfortable. This has always been my goal.
