Welcome, My classes will be following the government's current rules and guidelines with regards to the Corona Virus.
Please fill in the medical declaration and if anything medical changes for you at the classes. ( Pregnancy, injury...) Please let me know asap verbally at class and then by email [email protected]
In addition to this, to keep us all extra safe, I have added some of my own COVID safe rules. Please be mindful that me and my immediate family have not yet had the COVID vaccination. (correct at time/May 2021)
Do not attend classes if you have any COVID symptoms, anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID, if you've been asked to self isolate or you generally feel unwell.
Please stay 2metres apart at all times ( including from me). Stay on your own mat, in your own designated area at all times.
Limit your use of the toilet... if you do have to use the toilet please sanitise your hands and wear your mask before entering the building and whilst inside... One person at a time.
Do not share equipment, drinks, mats towels etc....
Any equipment I supply you will have been sanitised prior to use and post use.
When entering my Marquee Studio please wear your mask until you are at your designated area, where you can then remove it ready for exercise. Only bring what you need to class, no big bags etc...everything you bring (list below) needs to stay with you in your designated area.
My classes are very sociable and friendly and I still wish to maintain this, however in these current times , to keep us all safe and reduce 'spray', please only chat quietly to people, BEFORE class, to the SIDE of you, please do not get off your mat, please do not turn around to talk behind you, or over other people, please do not shout. Please do not talk to each other during classes.
If you feel unwell or need to ask me anything please put your hand up and I will come to you.
When the class has ended please wait to be directed how to leave safely, maintaining 2m apart.
If I feel you need immediate first aid i may need to break the 2 Metre rule but I will maintain as many COVID safety rules as possible. If you need emergency first aid this will be given until emergency services arrive.
Do not wait around chatting in the car park please, I may have other classes after yours , so please leave immediately.
Only arrive maximum of 10mins prior to your class starting no earlier, Stay 2m apart when walking to the Marquee Studio.
Please remember some people who arrive at class live together or are in a support bubble ( I will have checked this) If you have any concerns with regards to this or you wish to talk to me or ask me anything etc and its not possible at class please feel free to phone me, message me or email me and i will get back to you asap. Your safety and happiness is my priority.
Cheryl Swallow ( Bfit with Cheryl) and the owners of the property/venue where the classes are held are not liable or responsible for any accidents, illness or injuries that occur in cars,tt he car park, walking to the class area or leaving the class and during the class.
Please bring the correct fee for the pay as you attend classes (limiting the exchange of monies).
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- Wear comfortable, layered ( preparing to get warm whist exercising and then cooling down as we stretch and relax) exercise clothing, trainers for all fitness/ toning classes. Pumps ,sketchers walkers (or similar), trainers (with a flexible sole) for Yoga/pilates or bare feet preferable.
- Water proof blanket/mat, picnic mats are ideal ( your Yoga mat will be going on top of this)
- Yoga mat (not a padded exercise mat)
- A cosy blanket
- A drink
- A mask
- A small hand sanitiser
- If you have chosen a class that is pay on arrival please bring the correct money where possible.
- A FULL 24 hours is needed for cancellation other wise the full fee will be charged or owed
- Bring a smile.
